To all customers and suppliers The following information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Leg. Decree 196/2003:

* your data that we have in our possession is used only for purposes related to contractual fulfilments and in order to send information or greetings via mail, telephone, SMS, fax, email etc.

* the data is processed in paper and/or electronic form by authorised individuals

* you are obliged to provide your data for the fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations; your refusal could jeopardise our business relationship

* sensitive data pursuant to art. 4, d) of Leg. Decree 196/2003 is not processed
